I have very very mixed feelings about this show. On one hand I enjoyed this a lot, and this is an awesome series. On the other hand; I would have to say I hated one particular character, namely Benten. Seriously, I was totally left for no words during some of those episodes. I was practically screaming inside!!! :eyes:

Why Do People Dislike This?

Benten is a total shit! A shit of a character if there ever was one! Never have I hated a character as much as her…

I was fine at first, but what drove me over the edge into hating this Benten and whoever in his right mind wrote the script, was the whole “Benten ate Yasaburou’s father” part… I was fuming when they showed Benten actually purposefully ate him. What on earth is this shit!!!

The Good: Why It Clicked

That aside, the show is good. As the title suggests, it is eccentric and quite awesome. The art is one of them. Simple and compact. Felt very natural with the theme of the show.

Overall, I would say this show is really awesome if one excludes that one rage-inducing topic. I for one, would be biased and reduce some points solely because it annoyed the hell out of me with that part. (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
