Psycho-Pass: Dystopian Future or Necessary Evil?
Good. At some moments exceptional, while at other moments… mediocre. A sci-fi setting, which poses the characters multitude of questions regarding the system under which they live. :eyes:
There were some good twist and turns, unexpected situations during the later parts, when the series showed some definite end. Before that, all previous episodes, I would mark as a prelude of sorts.
The Bad: Where It Fell Apart
There are a few complaints here and there. I didn’t particularly like how it ended with loopholes and uncharacteristic behavior from Makishima. The moment when Yuki gets killed is one of the best. Makishima’s character was quite likable, except the end where they made him a crybaby.
While watching this though, I got a feel of a superficial concept. I mean, things sometimes play out in an unconvincing way, and I bet this superficialness is a major flaw of the series. Hence this does pale in comparison to some other such shows with a sci-fi setting like Ergo Proxy and Ghost in the Shell.
Overall, a show that was good. Worth watching, but somewhere along the way, I felt they missed a thing or two that could have made this series much better.
