This was really good. One of the better anime I watched, and one that will remain a gem of the anime world. An excellent production by Madhouse. :eyes:

Yuasa’s Psychedelic World

The art is what comes to mind first when seeing Kaiba. It’s unique and different. Madhouse quite literally did a mad man’s work. The drawing is very original. The art was very fluid. At some moments one would think everything was some abstract and redone form of some goo… It was like a pure visual fest. Bodies bending out of shape, blood the color of green, plants that move and eat… It was breathtaking.

Memories as Data

The plot was really intriguing. The setting even more so. A world where bodies can be changed almost at will, and memories live on and are preserved. A romance far transcending these memories. It was crazy. It was epic.

Overall, a show to watch. Its originality and creativity sets it apart. The art may not be everyone’s taste, but those who can appreciate it would find it very enjoyable. I enjoyed it a lot, and recommend it most.
